FAQ: Covid-19 and Club Plug

Over the last 20 years, here at Club Plug, we have always put customer service at the forefront of  our operations.  The covid-19 pandemic has affected everyone, including Canada Post, which has experienced delays with shipping and handling. 

It is for this reason, to continue  our commitment to offer the best possible Customer Service to our clients, that  we will temporary stop offering Canada Post as a shipping option until they are able to resume normal operations.

We have come to an agreement with UPS to handle our packages going forward.  Like always, we will continue to make customer service our first priority.
